Selective service registration 問題請教， 謝謝了！

本人兩個月前收到GC，最近又收到一封信，是Selective Service Registration acknowledge letter. 此前我根本不知道這個Selective Service Registration，更談不上主動去 register 了。不知道怎麽回事？是每個符合年齡條件的GC持有者會被自動注冊 （register)? 請過來人賜教！萬分感謝！
