Such evidence may include, but not limited to: a currently dated letter from your present employer, copies of recent and/or ongoing publications or research; copies of recent awards, grants or fellowshipd; or other such documentation confirming that you intend to carry out the terms and conditions of the underlying Form I140 immigrant visa petition.

-No formt of reply. Just write a a response letter to introduce your current work (in the same area as you indicated in the NIW I-140) and indicate what documents you are providing for this RFE. Then, provide what the RFE request such as the employment verficattion letter from your employer indicating your job title, job responsibilities, salary and this job has no specific term and it is renewable. Also provide any new publications since your NIW I-140 filing/approval and other evidences showing you are working in this area as the RFE asked.
No big deal and not need to worry.
