My current h1B will be expired soon. And I belive the industry h1B quota will be out soon also.
So should I file both my current h1B extension and the new industry h1B application at the same time now?
-Yes, do these two at the same time. You had better ask the new employer to file the H1 transfer now (before your current H1 expires) though it will be effective on Oct. 1. Also your current employer needs to extend your H1 before it expires.
Or should I wait till my extension application approved then submit the new h1B?
