eb1-a的時候到底要不要附上EMPLOYMENT LETTER, 如果要，我現在的h1b的job offer letter 行不行(我確是在本學術領域工作,可是不想驚動HR的人for new Employment letter )？
-Yes. You need to ask your, HR Director or Dept Chair or Dean to give you an employement verfication letter indicating your job title, responsibiliteis, salary and inidcating this job has no specific term and it is renewable.
