我買了７月的機票，想七月中旬回來。但現在正在辦理延期手續，估計下禮拜就遞交所
有文件。律師說，如果入境時間少於半年，有可能不讓入境，讓我帶著所有申請延期的
文件。
有這麽麻煩嗎？
-Should be fine. Just bring the H1 extension receipt with you. But if your H1 extension is approved before you return, you need to ask your employer/lawyer to send the H1 approval notice to you to come back so that you can get the I-94 duration to match the h1 extension approval notice.
