How to correct I-94# error

When I entered the US for the second time, the Customs Officer gave a wrong I-94 number by mistake, in which the second digit was missed as compared with my first I-94.
Does anyone happen to know how to correct it? I am in Pennsylvania. Should I ask VSC to correct it? and what form should I use? Since this is a mistake of the officer, should I pay for this?
