I-485 Inventory Data Question for Shmu and other 大蝦

I compared the data you sent last year, inventory dated 05/27/2010 and the one sent recently, inventory dated 05/26/2011 - 1 year apart exactly. I have a few questions, regarind China EB3:

1. For year 2005 (example), the 2010 Inventory data shows 899, 2011 Inventory data shows 1099. Where the difference of 110 comes from?

2. Calculated upon July 2005. The total number has been reduced 1,225 for 1 year. Is the quota 2,503 each year? Is it because the applicants back in China? (CP?). Where to find out the CP data?
