原來的PERM 140 早就批了, PD 是07 的

現在公司被收購, 去年12月交了I140 amendment (title and job description are same), 收到的receipt上的PD成了I140 amendment notice date, 也就是去年12 月

現在眼看07 PD快CURRENT, 可I140 amendment 還沒批, 比較擔心這個RECEIPT上PD的錯誤

是不是I140 amendment 被處理的時候PD的錯誤會被糾正呢? 我看了填的表, 上麵是日子是對的

-I-140 amendment should not affect your PD. If you file your I-485, just provide the old I-140 receipt and the I-140 amendment receipt together and you will be OK.
