PD current. with self-employment

Hi,

I am EB2 with 485 pending. My PD is in January 2007 and will be current next month. Now I am self-employed with annual profits around 50K$. How to prove that I am employed for I485's final decision? It is hard if I claim self-employed?

Can I work for another guy which is also self-employed? i.e., I work for her/his company and he works for mine, and we support each other with employment proof.
