像我這種Visa過期，但居留合法的情況，回國或者去Canada轉簽被拒簽的風險是不是很大？

-Same thing as you do in China. You are fine because your I-94 is valid (you file the I-539 before your spouse is laid off).

據我所知，如果我I-538成功的轉換了F1身份，有什麽辦法能解決Visa過期的問題嗎？

-Visa expiration does not affect your sttaus in US. You just need to appy for a new visa in a US Consulate outside US if you leave US. You are confused between visa and status. Visa is only used to enter e.g. US. Status means your legal stay in US which is is indicated in the I-94.

請問，這次轉簽會不會影響到以後的身份轉換，比如畢業以後轉換成H類簽證。
