請教各位大俠，申請H4多長時間可以收到移民局的receipt

本人目前H1，想在月底時停止工作，轉成H4；要提前多長時間申請呢？是不是月底時拿到移民局的receipt就沒有問題了？可是一般多長時間能拿到呢？先謝謝各位了。
