Greened but have not recieved card, can I travel using AP?

1. June 4th, got email notification Card/ Document Production for I-485 application. When can I expect to receive the card?

2. Planned to return to China on 06/16 and have valid AP. If I cannot receive green card before 06/16, what should I do? Can I leave USA with AP and comeback with AP or should I go to local office to obtain a stamp?
