如何從北京申請去意大利和阿爾巴尼亞的簽證

I just moved back to Beijing from NYC because of work.  I need to go to Italy and Albania this August on a tourism visa.  Do I need to apply two visas seperately?  I've got the Schengen visa before several times, but in NYC and from France and Spain.  Not sure if this record would help.  Any one has applied the required visa from Beijing and can give some advice?  Thanks a ton!!!
