如果申請人由於出國，戶口已注銷，不在父母戶口本上，怎麽辦？

-Ask 原籍的派出所開證明 or 由your mother 原單位 or 街道委員會開了一個有公章的證明 to prove the family relationship between you, your mother and your father. Then, go to 公證處 to 公證 this證明. Had better inculde your birthdate, your parents'birth dates, your family living address in China, etc. in the 證明.
