1）在我同時滿足2種方式的申請條件時，用哪種方式申請更容易和快些呢（第一種是abuse申請，第二種就是正常的婚姻結束751豁免的）

-The first one (abuse) is much quicker and easier.

2）請問真的abuse一定要重複被打和一定要打到一定的殘酷程度嗎？

-Not true. You meet the requirements of abused category based on your description here. You had better find a good lawyer to help you and I am sure you will get your green card based on "Abuse" category.

3）像我的情況哪種方式申請更容易些呢？

4）還有一個問題，這個律師說不管哪種方式，中間移民局都會給我丈夫打電話調查，不知道這是不是真的呢？

-If you use "Abused" category, what your hu*****and says is not important at all to your green card application. USCIS will base on the facts/proofs you are abused such as  "OFP,medical report, police report,shelter letter，心理醫生的證明信", etc.

So, hire another lawyer to help you and normally the lawyer fee may be less than normal people in your case.

 

別人說我的情況，以abuse 申請應該沒問題，因為我有 OFP,medical report, police report,shelter letter，心理醫生的證明信（因為被abuse後，精神上受到一定刺激和影響，所以shelter安排個心理醫生每周見我，心裏醫生的信證明我受傷害的程度和需要很長時間的治療才能恢複等等）

我現在有點懷疑是不是這個移民律師故意想讓我的案子難才讓我選第二種方式的。另外我記得好像說第二種方式要有工作和一定收入才行。

還有，用第二種方式申請必須要在拿到離婚證後才能申請，而以受虐申請任何時候都可以。
