就是不知道如果項目錢還沒有到帳，學校肯不肯給出ＤＳ２０１９？如果學校ＩＰＳ同意這樣做的話，那就好了。

 

還有我還不太明白這個流程，你說讓新學校出DS2019， report to the new school？

-That means tell the Office that you begin to work for the school on what date and ask them to put the information into SEVIS system (you actuay do not need to work until the Department/Advisor ask you to work).
