大學的AP，OPT 六月底到期，由於學校工作人員的失誤，辦H1來不及了，可不可不回中國去加拿大美領館申請H1。

-No unless the H1 petition is approved. So, just ask the school/employer to file the H1 now. If the H1 approval has no I-94, you can go outside US to get the H1 visa. If it has the I-94, you just work and do nothing. You can use premium processing to get the H1 approved within 15 days if necessary. The time is sti enough.
