1. How much for emergency AP? 

-If your I-485 filing fee was $1010 or $1070, the AP or Emergency AP applciation is free (no fee). If your I-485 was old old fee, the I-131 filing fee is $360.

2. What document should I provide for emergent AP?

-copy of passport, I-485 receipt, completed FormI-131, two photos, emergency evidences such as Dr. certificate if you have a relative in China is seriously ill, etc. (translate it into English by your friend or yourself if it is in Chinese)

緊急事務是指下列情況之一：

  2. extreme emergency situation
