-Fill the SSN application form at the port of entry when you enter US using the immigration visa or go to the local SSN office to apply for it after settling down.

如果在美國沒有收入,來到美國以後是不是也要向IRS報收入稅?

-Only need to pay the income tax from the date you live in US as a green card holder. Please note that you have not been a green card hloder yet until you enter US using the immigration visa.
