我現在H1B，而且已向TSC file EB1A，還沒有消息。但我若由H1轉H4，會不會對將來的485申請有影響（假如140批準的話）？

-You still need to find a job in the same/similar area as that you indicated in the I-140 for the I-485 approval. Of course, you do not have to have H1, but just use the EAD to work.
