我的情況是

140已經批準,,485 PENDING PD 07.07,,有EAD到2013年,雖然從來沒用過. LD有自己

的H1,沒有隨我交485.這也是我最擔心的,就是在未知的漫長等待期間,LG萬一工作不保,

就沒法轉H4.. 學校建議我先把延期交上去,萬一必須回國簽,那時我再用EAD...如果

順利通過的話,還是保持H1.
