我和勞工都是H1B。 女兒是H4，是我的雇主給辦得H4。現在，我被LAID OFF. 得轉成我勞工的H4. 問題是女兒的H4是否也要轉成勞工的H4?

-Yes. Because your child's h4 is dependent on your H1, her H4 will be invalid after your H1 ends and thus, either she needs to file a new H4 application (I-539) based on her father's H1 status or she may just go outside US (e.g. China, Canada)to get the h4 visa to come back using her father's h1 approval notice.

女兒現在的H4 是2012年12 月過期。
