I am using my EAD to work for a company right now. Is it possiblen for me to transfer my status back to H1, so that my daughter in China go back to USA through H4?

-Yes, but the H1 approval probably will have no I-94 and thus, you need to go to China or Canada to get the H1 visa to activate it. By the way, if your child is qualiied for H4 visa applciation later, she needs to provide her I-485 filing receipt to prove her legal stay in US before she left for the H4 visa application. You may use the premium processing to get the H1 approval in 15 days.
