孩子回國簽證被拒怎麽辦?

孩子在國內，回美簽證被拒，該怎麽辦？
孩子在美讀大三，二月份回國探望病危的外公。回國前三天遞交的回美簽證(AP)申請，今天收到AP據信。請問諸位大俠，下一步該如何辦？敬候您的答複，不勝感激！
