現在用H-1B工作，申請婚姻綠卡麵試應該沒通過 （和老公長距離，隻收了2 張照片，沒問485 上的yes or no 問題，也沒收走-94卡，沒看共同稅表 和 銀行共同賬戶，隻是一直問為什麽不在一起， 讓等消息，已經一個月，應該是被據），已拿到EAD工卡。 我打算去勞工所在州用EAD工作, 然後重新申請485。
請問大師，我能否用EAD去別的州工作，如果新雇主不給辦H-1B?

-Yes.
我能用AOS工作多久？
-Until your EAD expires or I-485 denial whichever is earlier. Buy because your spouse is a US citizen, you just work until your EAD expires and then, you can file a new I-485 if the old one is denied and then, apply for a new EAD based on the new I-485 to continue to work.
