現在是學校h1b，一公司可能給offer，兩三個月後可上班。
據說公司h1b很難辦，名額有限。
一般4月交，10月批。
這樣一來，這個offer可能落空。

Thus, you had better ask the company to file the h1 transfer for you just in advance one to two weeks before you begin to work so that you can work for more time before Oct. 1. If the H1 transfer is still pending before Oct. 1, then you do not need to stop working. There are a lot of H1 quote still available due to the bad economic situation this year, so not need to worry the h1 quote.
