回複：公司h1b一問

人eb1a 140已交兩月，還沒消息。
現在是學校h1b，一公司可能給offer，兩三個月後可上班。
據說公司h1b很難辦，名額有限。
一般4月交，10月批。
這樣一來，這個offer可能落空。

請問這種情況該如何處理最合理。請有經驗的大俠指點。

-After you do the H1 transfer from the school to the company, you can work for the company immedaitely after USCIS receives the H1 transfer petition. But you have to stop working for the company if the H1 transfer is approved before Oct.1 and then, continue to work for the company again on Oct. 1. Thus, you had better ask the company to file the h1 transfer for you just in advance one to two weeks before you begin to work so that you can work for more time before Oct. 1. If the H1 transfer is still pending before Oct. 1, then you do not need to stop working. There are a lot of H1 quote still available due to the bad economic situation this year, so not need to worry the h1 quote.
