明年9月H1B 就六年了. 公司憋到現在才開始辦PERM, 職位要求B+5年或M+2年以上經驗. 因為是
FINANCIAL 類的, EB2不是很強, 我擔心萬一PERM被Audit，過個半年一年後被拒，這是不是就不得不回國了? 有什麽辦法補救？舍不得放棄EB2的機會。謝謝
-Ask the company to try EB2 now. If the EB2 does not work, then try EB3 and then, use premium processing to get the I-140 approval in 15 days after the EB3 PERM is approval, and thu, you can extend your H1 beyond the 6 year limit before your current 6 year H1 expires.
