I called Nebraska center and they told me I could not transfer my I-140 from Texas center to Nebraska center because I am not the petitioner, my school is.
-Then, you can ask NSC to transfer your I-485 to TSC. Also write a letter to TSC that you have filed an I-485 based on EB3 I-140 in NSC and you want to interfile/relink this I-485 to the EB1B I-140. You need to continue to follow up this kind of thing.

QUESTION 3: My understanding is that we try to take advantage from the priority date of my case EB1 B. That is nothing to do with my petitioner (school). I went to school to ask help and they told me the same thing. For my 485 part, they could not help me and they only can help 140 part. We are so frustrated now because we do not know how to do the next step. Please help to give some advice. Many thanks
