回複：申請親屬移民F4，是不是就不能（商務、旅遊簽證）來美國了？

有朋友想辦親屬移民（美國公民姐姐為弟弟辦理），是不是130一交，不管批沒批，都不能再以非移民簽證來美國了？朋友一家基本每年來次美國，現在為女兒上學問題（5歲）想申請移民，那麽在整個約10年的等待期間，朋友一家都不能來美了嗎？

The other family member will not be affected until they apply for the immigration visa about ten years later.

懇請各位高人，有沒有什麽其他的辦法呢？
