My case is Eb1_b and my hu*****and case is EB3. My EB1b I 140 was approved in Texas center and our 485s are in Nebraska center. I make the call the nebraska center to request interfilling and the supervisor told me they could not do that because I am not the petitioner or employer.
Question1: Should I find an attorney to do that?
-You can ask the lawyer who filed the EB1-b I-140 for you because this lawyer represented the employer.
Or I need to go to the School office to ask them to make a phone call to nebraska center?
-Normally it can be done by Human Resources who signed the EB1-b I-140.
