1. 我妻子於今年3月23日因其父親病故母親病重回國, 我是在之後的3月24日寄出她的AP回美證I-131Form.

 -She should have gone to USCIS local office to apply for the emergency AP in this case.

如果如實告之, 說明緊急回國的理由, 移民局是否能出於人道主義通融我妻子, 而批準AP? 

-It is too late.

2. 如果不主動如實告之她已回國, 而補充齊所需材料, 但略去這次她回國的信息, 是否有可能蒙過去, 後果是什麽?

-The CBP at the port of entry may find it and thus, do not allow your wife to enter US when she comes back.

By the way, what I said here is just based on my knowledge on the immigration law, and I really can not predict what will happen beyond that.

 

Another choice is that just ignore the RFE and thus, USCIS will deny the AP application. Your wife can apply for the H4 visa to come back if applicable; or just wait for the green card approvaln and send the green card to her to come back.
