問題：是不是沒有h1-b延期的收據號碼，公司那邊就沒法啟動申請？這樣會不會出現什麽變故，比如quotas很快就被用完了。我在學校的h1-b跟企業的h1-b有什麽關聯呢？這個收據號碼這麽重要嗎？

-The company just need to provide your current H1 approval notice or extension receipt to USCIS to indicate you currently have a legal status in US so that the H1 transfer will be approved with I-94. Otherwise, your h1 transfer to the company will be approved without I-94 and thus, you need to go outside US to get the H1 visa to come back to work for the company. As long as your compnay file the H1 transfer for you now, you should do not have the quote problem no matter the h1 trasnfer is approved with I-94 or without I-94.
