thanks! last H1B job, I used my BS degree (Architecture) earned in China to get the job

and this time, it's a job more related to my Master degree (technical MBA, major in Applied Statistics) earned in US. If I apply for H1B now,

Do I need new H1B quata?
OR, can I still use the quata from last time?
