謝謝8大師啦。我是H4簽證，那我離開美國回國後，如何再回美呢？我還能持H4簽證回美嗎？我丈夫得到綠卡他的H1簽證就失效了，那我的H4也應該同樣失效對不？

-You need to get the H4 visa to return to US before your spouse gets the green card. Otherwise, you need to get the AP before you leave US.

另外， 我這種情況，從遞交I-485到通知打指模一般是多久呢？
