How can I pick up my Maplecard

I am in US. I got the approval of maple card. CIC needs me to pick up the maple card in person and show some documents including a photo-identity card issued by a provincial, municipal, or federal government department such as a current Health Card and Driver's License. But I don't have the DL or Health card in Canada. Does anybody here have experinces on this? How can I get my maple card? Thanks a lot!!
