Question 1: we feel it probably be better to refile 485 in Texa since it won't affect my hu*****and Eb3 case. At least, if something happened to my job, we still have his case as a backup. If we do the interfile, it will combine to one case.
-Relink of your existed I-485 to the EB1 I-140 will not affect your EB3 I-140/I-485 (your I-485 can be considered for both I-140s whichever of the PD becomes current.
Question 2: Which way is faster, refile 485 or interfile? Which center is fater to cope with I-485 case?
