Thanks for the reply. If the primary employer(H1B and I-485 sponser) found that an employee worked somewhere else using EAD, is the following true?
1) The employee will be considered lost H1 status when he/she used EAD, but will not be considered working illegally as long as he/she has always had valid EADs since the day he/she used EAD.
2) The employee will be asked to file I-9's and present all the EADs so that the primary employer can update the status and working authorizatoin documents from the day he/she used EAD.
3) The employee is not eligible to extend H1 since he/she has lost the status.
