謝謝8老師的快速回答！  如果大學的H1B申請在我的J-1過期之前已經遞上或批準， 而且我的第一個十月一號生效的H1B還有效， 有什麽辦法可以讓我在美國境內延長我的合法居留，

-When the college files the H1 petition for you before your J1 expires, you can legally stay in US, but you can not work for this college until the H1 is approved.

並在十月一日開始這個H1B的工作？（注意， 這個十月一號生效的H1B沒有I94）。 具體怎樣操作？

-If you want to work the industry company on Oct.1 or any time after Oct. 1, you have to go outside US to get the H1 visa to come back using this non-I-94 H1 approval notice. No choice.
