one more related question regarding form I-140

In part 6, question 7 "is this a permanent position?". For me who worked as a postdoc fellow, the answer should clearly be "No" (otherwise I will definitely try EB1B instead of the current EB1A). But after I read 皮老師's blog, it says

    " 7. Is this a permanent position?
      是否永久職位（注意：申請移民的前提是有一個永久職位）"

Does that mean I better answer "Yes" to question 7 to avoid the application being denied?
