我媽媽來美國3次,但最後一次多呆了一年多.現在人在中國.我想給她辦綠卡,但不知她以前的超期曆史會不會影響她的申請?會被拒嗎?多謝了!

-Do you mean your mother's unlawful presence was more than one year (stayed in US for one year more after her I-94 expired)? If yes, she is subjected to 10-year bar and that means she will not be offered a non-immigration visa or immigrtion visa (green card visa) within 10 years after she returned to China.
