140批了，現在有個外派回中國的機會，可能是兩年，h1b最近也需要延期了，現在還可以延期h1b,保留美國的h1b身份麽？- When you are not present in the states, you have nothing to do with H-1b status.  If you have an approved H-1b petition, it will help you to apply for H-1b visa at any time during the period.

綠卡排期也同時可以保留麽？- It is yours regardless. As long as you will return to the position on I-140, you have no problem with GC application.

公司的律師說可能有點問題，因為工作不在美國。
