謝謝slsl的答複，我大概在網上搜索了一下，好像很多人說shouldn't travel with pending H1B application,也就是說在身份轉換期間（比如從f1到h1）出國是不行的。但是travel with pending h1b extension似乎沒有問題，因為身份沒有改變，一直都是h1b。不知道這個跟你的律師所說是否有出入.
