Is the "no" answer based on the 30 day grace period or based on the fact that she left immediately after the denial notice?

-There is a 30 days grace period after the applicaiton is denied. Because she leaft immediately (within 30 days) after the application was denied, she has no unleayful presence. But she may need to provide the VO the application receipt and the denial notice during the new visa interview if she applys for a new visa.
