Do I need to prepare I-134 form for my friend to apply B-2 visa

I am inviting my friend to visit US and do I need to provide I-134 form (affidavet of support) for them to get visa? My friends' daughter is about 15 years old, do I need to file a separate I-134 form for her if required? Thanks.
