我正在準備I130。父母去國內公證處辦結婚公證，被問及是否同時辦無犯罪公證。

我的問題是現在辦是不是太早，無犯罪公證是不是有期限？

-This document will be needed during the immigration visa interview. So, your parents may get it just before the visa interview (just get it after getting the interview appointment from the US Consulate).
