H1B的一個問題，請各位幫忙看一下

請問我現在已經file上去一個H1-B, 但還沒下來，如果這時候我再找一個工作，提出新的申請去頂我上一個，可不可以？因為我知道H1已經沒有名額了，不知道這樣做行不行？謝謝了
