我還有一點困惑的是:我的另一個孩子也是同樣的情況，但是他的FAFSA申請一次通過。而第一個孩子的情況是，第一次回複說沒有足夠的證據，要求補充材料（I485和I94),現在又說過期。過去我讀的論壇的相關文章，

我理解是隻要申請了I485，用AP入境，194卡上的有效期不一定是實際的有效期，對嗎？

-That means you can stay legally in US even if the parolee I-94 expires, and your status is AOS, not parolee in this case. FAFSA needs valid parolee status, so the school is right to ask your child to provide the evidence of his/her parolee status (valid parolee I-94). So, just use AP to travel to get the new Parolee I-94 and it will be OK.
