回複：關於AP申請

目前H1B，485pending，如回國還需要申請AP後重簽H1B嗎？讀了USCIS的i-131 instruction糊塗了。在note中似乎說如果有H1B，H4等簽證並且485pending，不許申請AP？

-You can either use AP (not need H1 visa) for the travel or apply for the h1 visa (not need AP) to come back.  But if you use AP to come back, your status will be parolee, not h1, though you still can work for your employer without EAD. Thus, your spouse/kid H4 status will be affected.
