It is I-797B

What is the difference? You seems like have experience on this. Please help and share with me more information about I-797B. Do I need to go outside US and get a visa for coming back?

This IPO clerk has beent trying to proect herself. She found her mistake on 01/27/2010 when I emailed her about whether I can take unpaid leave. She kept quiet and replied to me that she needed to do some research. She then called USCIS and tried to solve. She claimed that this was a people soft system error causing her to write the letter for requesting H-1B cancellation. (just too lazy, ... she is now taking one week leave to see her daughter for Easter while I am now desparated about my future. Last time when this crisis surfaced, she went to travel for 4 days and let me to wait in desparation for 4 days. 3 months have passed, the problem became worse, she tried to save legal fee, however end up with seeking lawyer's help again ... a lazy person, without proper attitude toward her work!)
