Teacher 8, I have questions regarding my mom's I-539. urgent!

I am going to file I-539, Application to Extend/Change Nonimmigrant Status for my  mom.  I read the instruction and prepared the following documents:

1. Filled Form I-539,

2. Check $290 payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security,

3. Copy of her I-94,

4. Copy of her passport,

5. copy of my 2010 tax return and W-2 (in part 4, I explain that I will support her life for another 6 months.)

Are these document enough?  If not, what else we need?  Thank you very much!
